We have just been hit by the second peak of the wave for COVID-19 and at the outset, we want to ask if you & your family is feeling healthy and is doing safe and good now.
We believe that travel is done due to multiple purposes and one of them is counted as necessity, otherwise, we suggest you stay safe and stay home and once the situation becomes normal, and you are vaccinated, we all will travel together and cover maximum places. For now, we are sharing guidelines for 15 major states across India where inter state movement is very high and you may note down the details and important notes out of the information shared below.
We have tried to crisp out the information as much as we can to ensure that you face no challenges while doing your necessary movements across borders and carry all the relevant documents as mentioned (if required).
Delhi
COVID-19 Test: Not required except for the passengers travelling from Maharashtra, they’ve to carry a negative RT-PCR report.
E-Pass Registration: Not Required
Quarantine Rules: No quarantine required for asymptomatic passengers.
Notes/Additional requirements: Delhi has announced a lockdown from 19th April till 26th April. However, there are no restrictions on interstate travel. However, there will be random tests at arrival points.
Maharashtra
COVID-19 Test: Required for people coming from Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kerala or any international destination.
E-Pass Registration: Not required.
Quarantine Rules: Mandatory quarantine for 7 days for negative report holders else 14 days of home/institutional quarantine.
Notes/Additional requirements: Maharashtra has announced a state curfew from 14th April till 01st May.
Haryana
COVID-19 Test: Not required
E-Pass Registration: Not required
Quarantine Rules: Institutional quarantine for Covid Patients and home quarantine along with self-health observation for asymptomatic passengers.
Himachal Pradesh
COVID-19 Test: An RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for people travelling from Punjab, Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
E-Pass Registration: Not Required
Quarantine Rules: Tourists need to show a confirmed hotel booking before entering the state.
Uttarakhand
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for everyone.
E-Pass Registration: Required and people to register at http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in/
Quarantine Rules: Not required.
Goa
COVID-19 Test: Not required
E-Pass Registration: Not required
Quarantine Rules: Only Symptomatic passengers will be quarantined on the basis of the authority’s decision.
Andaman Nicobar
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for everyone.
E-Pass Registration: Not required.
Quarantine Rules: Only Symptomatic passengers will be quarantined.
Uttar Pradesh
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for people coming from Maharashtra and Kerala else not required.

Quarantine Rules: Only Symptomatic passengers will be quarantined.
Karnataka
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for people coming from Maharashtra, Chandigarh, Punjab, and Kerala else not required.
E-Pass Registration: Not required
Quarantine Rules: Not required.
Kerala
COVID-19 Test: SARS CoV-2 RT-PCR test done within 48 hours of arrival required for all travellers.
E-Pass Registration: Required and people to register at https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/home/addNewDomestic.
Quarantine Rules: Home quarantine for travellers who are getting tested at the airport.
West Bengal
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for people coming from Maharashtra, Telangana, Kerala & Karnataka else not required.
E-Pass Registration: Required and people to register at https://www.wbhealth.gov.in/
Quarantine Rules: Asymptomatic passengers need to monitor their health for the next 14 days.
Sikkim
COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for everyone.

Punjab
COVID-19 Test: Not required.

COVID-19 Test: RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of arrival required for everyone.

Quarantine Rules: 15 Days mandatory quarantine for people not carrying negative test reports.
Jammu & Kashmir
COVID-19 Test: All passengers will go through the COVID-19 tests on arrival.
E-Pass Registration: Not required.
Quarantine Rules: Not required.
Notes/Additional requirements: All the travellers must have Aarogya Setu App in their phone.
